Having ordered my engagement ring yourselves a year ago we knew where to come for our wedding rings and again the service has been excellent. I wanted a custom made ring to fit round my engagement ring, which proved a little tricky while my engagement ring was still on my finger! I ended up returning both rings and then one was damaged in transit, but both Hannah and Luke were most helpful, kept in frequent contact with me and the adjustments were made without quibble. Hannah also thoughtfully suggested that I keep the rings until after New Year, so that I wouldn't be without my engagement ring for any parties! Both rings are now perfect and I am delighted with them. My hubby-to-be's ring is also perfect and was much more straight forward! In addition your delivery service is the most reliable I have ever encountered - each time I have specified a day for delivery and the rings have been delivered as promised.
