We ensure that the price of all goods and services we are offering
are clear and easily found. We show the actual price clearly. There are
no hidden extras, such as taxes, packaging or delivery. Before signing
the contract, we will confirm the actual price you will pay. If the nature
of the transaction means that we may have to change the price between
accepting your order and delivery, we will automatically give you the
option to cancel your order and get your money back. In the event of human
error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not
commit us to sale; until a price is agreed.

Delivery
Unless otherwise stated or revised delivery is from stock by Royal
Mail special delivery which means subject to postal periods, normal delivery
is 24-48 hours. This excludes items with an element of personalization,
e.g. hand-made rings, engraving, resizing rings, etc.
when we will discuss and confirm delivery at time of sale. If we cannot
deliver within the agreed time we will tell you immediately and, with
your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree
another time for delivery, we will offer you a refund.

Contracts
We set out the terms and conditions of our contracts clearly and in
plain English. They are easily found all over the site and we email you
a confirmation order. Our terms DO NOT affect the consumers' statutory
rights.
Ring Sizing
We don't make a charge for an initial sizing. There is however a nominal
£15 charge to cover insurance and postage back to you. We would like to
stress that platinum is a beautiful material but very difficult to work
with and the expensive laser equipment required for a perfect finish is
NOT part of your average jewellery workshop. We do have that equipment
and urge you to allow us to provide this complimentary after sales service
which usually takes between 3 and 7 working days. Your guarantee is invalidated
if you allow a third party to work on the piece that we have made for
you.
Changes and Modifications
We are happy to accommodate tweaks and simple modifications without
further charge for the first hour, save for any extra metal required and
a nominal £15 charge to cover insurance and postage back to you. Most
required changes can be executed within an hour and we charge £75
per hour after that. [This concession is available for 14 days after delivery
unless otherwise agreed and arranged] Should the recipient not like the
ring or jewellery, then we are happy to re mount the diamond in a design
of their choice from our vast range, without charge, save for any extra
metalor labour required and a nominal £15 charge to cover insurance and
postage back to you. [Available for 14 days after delivery unless otherwise
agreed]
Refunds
We provide the option of a full refund, within 7 days, if the goods
turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. This
excludes items with any element of personalization, e.g. rings designed
by clients or any third party, engraving etc. We will give all refunds
as soon as possible, usually immediately on receipt of the returned goods,
in the condition sold and with ALL the documentation provided, at the
latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. Refunds will be
made by the original method of payment.
Guarantees
We stand by our products and will correct any manufacturing defaults
during the first 12 months. Your guarantee is invalidated if you allow
a third party to work on the piece that we have made for you.

Diamonds DO NOT fall out of jewellery or rings, they can only ever be
dislodged, people do find this difficult to accept but as once said, the
case can be simply proven, 'Put a diamond ring on a table, you could watch
it for 1,000 years and the stone would not move'. Therefore please ensure
you insure your diamond jewellery and rings.

Our guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes
We will provide a receipt with the goods. We will correct any mistakes
in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.

We will deal with complaints effectively. Our system for handling
complaints is:

Solving disputes
We will provide details about any procedure for solving disputes we
belong to. We will provide details of any Ombudsman scheme or regulator
which we belong to. We are governed by UK law.

We meet the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1984.

to our 'Mates Rates', privilege customer club, which will result in 4
- 12 newsletters per year.
There is an automatic unsubscribe to this service and you have the option

Cancellation Rights
Unless the law permits otherwise, you (the consumer) have the right
to cancel your order within seven working days without giving a reason.
The seven days begins on the day that you (the consumer) receive the goods,
you pay the cost of returning the goods. Where the customer exercises
their right to cancel we will return their money within 30 days.
